Ingredients

  • 1 small package vanilla wafers
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 T. cocoa (Hershey’s)
  • 1 ½ T. light corn syrup
  • 2 jiggers bourbon whiskey

Steps

Roll vanilla wafers to fine crumbs. Mix crumbs with sugar, cocoa, and nuts. Dissolve syrup in whiskey and add to dry ingredients. Roll into small balls and roll in powdered sugar.
