Day Before Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 9 potatoes (approximately)
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 t. onion powder
- 1 t. salt
- ¼ t. pepper
- 2 T. butter
Steps
Boil potatoes in salted water. Mash potatoes and add rest of ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to bake.
Spread into a lightly-greased baking dish. Bake at 350℉ for 30 minutes.
