Escalloped Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ c. milk
  • ½ c. cracker or bread crumbs
  • ¼ c. onion, chopped
  • ¼ c. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 T. pimientos, chopped
  • 1 T. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. chopped ham (optional)
  • ¼ c. shredded cheese (optional)

Steps

Combine ingredients in a 1 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350℉ for 35 minutes.
