Escalloped Corn
Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ c. milk
- ½ c. cracker or bread crumbs
- ¼ c. onion, chopped
- ¼ c. green pepper, chopped
- 2 T. pimientos, chopped
- 1 T. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. chopped ham (optional)
- ¼ c. shredded cheese (optional)
Steps
Combine ingredients in a 1 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350℉ for 35 minutes.
