Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 8 oz. Parmesan cheese (or mozzarella)
  • Cayenne pepper and salt to taste

Steps

Mix all ingredients. Bake in a casserole dish at 350℉ for 30 minutes. Serve warm (crock pot) with crackers and/or corn chips.
