Hot Artichoke Dip

Great dip.
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 c. mayo
- 8 oz. Parmesan cheese (or mozzarella)
- Cayenne pepper and salt to taste
Steps
Mix all ingredients. Bake in a casserole dish at 350℉ for 30 minutes. Serve warm (crock pot) with crackers and/or corn chips.
