Really good. Especially good made with ground venison.

Ingredients

  • 1-1 ½ lb. ground beef, lean (or ground venison)
  • ¼ c. Heinz 57
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • ¼ c. finely chopped onion
  • ¼ c. milk
  • ½ t. salt
  • pepper to taste

Steps

Mix ingredients. Mound on a broiling pan to let grease through. Bake at 350℉ for 60 minutes.
