Ingredients

  • ½ c. butter, softened
  • 1 ½ c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 ½ t. vegetable oil
  • ¼ c. buttermilk
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1 c. pears, canned, finely chopped

Steps

Mix in order listed. Spread in greased loaf pans. Bake at 325℉ for 1 hour
