Ingredients

  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1 jello vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ c. water
  • ⅓ c. dark Rum (80 proof)
  • ¼ c. Wesson oil
  • 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 package jello instant pudding vanilla
  • ⅓ c. dark rum (80 proof)
  • 1 frozen whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 c. flaked coconut

Steps

Bake at 350℉ for 25 to 30 minutes. Combine frosting ingredients (pineapple, pudding, rum, cool whip, coconut) and spread over cooled cake.
