Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 jello vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- ½ c. water
- ⅓ c. dark Rum (80 proof)
- ¼ c. Wesson oil
- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 package jello instant pudding vanilla
- ⅓ c. dark rum (80 proof)
- 1 frozen whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 c. flaked coconut
Steps
Bake at 350℉ for 25 to 30 minutes. Combine frosting ingredients (pineapple, pudding, rum, cool whip, coconut) and spread over cooled cake.
