Sausage Cheese Balls

For a firmer texture add an extra 3 c. baking mix and an extra 2 c. cheese
Ingredients
- 2 packages (rolls) pork sausage
- 16 oz. sharp cheddar (4 c. shredded)
- 1 ½ c. baking mix
- ½ c. celery, finely chopped
- ½ c. onion, finely chopped
- ½ t. garlic powder
Steps
Shred cheese and mix all ingredients. Form into 1” balls. Bake at 375℉ for 15 minutes on ungreased sheet until golden brown. Bake on a broiling pan to drain fat and grease. Balls can be frozen uncooked for later.
