Speedy Black Beans and Mexican Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 pouches Uncle Ben’s ready to serve Spanish Rice
  • 2 cans Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cans chopped chiles
  • ¼ c. chopped fresh cilantro

Steps

Prepare rice. Combine beans and chiles in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir in rice and cilantro. Top with sour cream, salsa, dried tomatoes, and/or shredded cheddar
