Toasted Pecan Pesto
Ingredients
- ½ c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. loosely-packed fresh basil leaves
- ½ c. shredded parmesan
- ½ c. olive oil
- 3 large garlic cloves
- ⅛ t. salt
Steps
Preheat over to 350℉ Bake pecans for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned and fragrant. Let cool for 20 minutes. Process pecans and remaining ingredients in food processor until smooth.
