Toasted Pecan Pesto

Ingredients

  • ½ c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. loosely-packed fresh basil leaves
  • ½ c. shredded parmesan
  • ½ c. olive oil
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • ⅛ t. salt

Steps

Preheat over to 350℉ Bake pecans for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned and fragrant. Let cool for 20 minutes. Process pecans and remaining ingredients in food processor until smooth.
