Whipped Lemon Butter

Ingredients
- ½ c. soft butter
- 1 T. minced parsley
- 1 t. chopped chives
- ½ t. salt
- dash cayenne pepper
- 3 T. lemon juice
Steps
Cream butter. Add parsley, chives, salt, and cayenne. Add lemon juice about ¼ at a time. Can store in refrigerator in a covered jar.
